This is one of the early examples of the Waterloo guitars. During this time, Waterloo was using either Sitka or Adirondack tops. This one looks like Adirondack, but I‘m not 100% sure. Plays excellently with low action, great for fingerstyle. Notes just jump out of this thing. It’s everything you’d expect from a Collings with simpler appointments at a fraction of the price. I’m only selling because I recently acquired a vintage example of a similar small body guitar. There are some light nicks and dings on the guitar that I’ve tried to photograph. Comes with an LR Baggs anthem pickup installed.
