We are selling this Roland Pro-E, arranger workstation synthesizer made in Italy in 1989!SERIAL NUMBER: ZA89143CONDITION: The instrument is fully working and all controls work well and sound great! Cosmetically there are many signs of wear and defects: discoloration of the plastic on the casing and the silkscreen prints are faded or no longer legible, then there are many “spots” where the previous owner appears to have used black paint, one corner with adhesive tape, and another with a small crack (see all photos). Aside from the cosmetic flaws, it’s fully functional and it sounds great!The display is bright and perfect! Some buttons occasionally require double-pressing or pressing harder, but they all work! The internal battery was replaced in April 2026, so it's ready to last for many years! If you don’t mind the cosmetic imperfections, it’s in perfect working condition. Real vintage gem made in Italy: grab a bargain!DESCRIPTION: The Pro-E is a small workstation that offers excellent quality synth sounds and a very advanced arranger section with intros, endings, variations, the possibility to manage the volumes of the parts in real time or even to play them; integrated effects, midi connections to interface with external hardware, etc.!This is probably the most beautiful keyboard Roland has ever made: small size, elegant lines and compact format! The rear panel has a slot for Roland's "TN" style expansion cards (cards are not included in the sale). With the cards you can then add extra styles on top of the original presets!With the “E” series, Roland entered the Arranger market. The Japanese company developed the products of this line in the Italian factories, where the technicians and musicians managed to combine the Japanese technology with Italian taste and style, giving life to a successful series of products, which dominated the market for many and many years.These instruments were in fact partly derived from the MT32 module engine: they had multi-timbral sound generation in LA (Linear Arithmetic) synthesis and 16-bit Digital-Analog converters with a large dynamic range as well as a DSP of digital effects with 33 algorithms preset!This cool Roland PRO-E is an instrument with a professional sound and infinite possibilities. It includes countless rhythms, and many different instruments! This is a great machine for a trip in the 90s productions!
