This is a Tremolo pedal made by the boutique manufacturer Mojo France—a company that hand-built pedals on Rue de Douai in Paris during the 2000s but is no longer in business.
It is an extremely rare pedal based on a keyboard tremolo; I have never seen one on the used market. It sounds fabulous, offering the warmth and organic feel of analog tremolo combined with a host of controls that provide a vast array of great-sounding possibilities.
