Alder wood has a balanced and lively sound with rich mids and a robust low end. A Road Worn nitrocellulose lacquer finish gives this Stratocaster the authentic look and intimate feel of an old guitarist's favorite. Aged nitrocellulose lacquer allows the wood to vibrate more freely, resulting in improved resonance, sustain, and harmonic complexity.

Vintage-style '60s pickups

There's truly nothing like the timeless sound of Fender single-coil pickups. These '60s pickups are full of the warmth and bell-like, crystal-clear tone that made Fender instruments famous.

With a variety of vintage colors, finished with Road Worn aged nitrocellulose lacquer, the Vintera II Road Worn '60s Stratocaster recreates the look and feel of a well-played classic.

The limited edition Road Worn models have been enhanced with a new, subtle aging process that combines light cracking, subtle wear patterns, and a semi-gloss finish, while retaining the authentic, played-in feel that guitarists love about vintage Fenders.

The '60s “C”-shaped maple neck with a 7.25" radius rosewood fingerboard and vintage high frets provide ultimate comfort and excellent feel. Under the hood, you'll find three vintage-style '60s pickups that deliver all the warm, sparkling tones that Fender® has become famous for.

Other features include a synchronized tremolo with curved steel saddles for expressive vibrato and vintage-style tuning machines for improved tuning stability.
