Vintage 1960s Ludwig 20" x 14" Bass Drum – Blue Oyster Pearl – Player Grade

Up for sale is a vintage Ludwig 20" x 14" bass drum from the 1960s in classic Blue Oyster Pearl.

This is definitely a player grade drum rather than a collector’s piece. It has been modified over the years but is fully usable and has that classic Ludwig vintage character.

The original bass drum legs have been replaced with Tama legs, and the holes from the original legs are still visible. A newer tom mount has also been installed, but it sits slightly crooked.

There is normal wear, scratches, marks and cosmetic rash from age and use, so please check the photos carefully. That said, the drum has a lot of vibe and would make a great vintage player bass drum for live use, studio work, or as part of a custom setup.
