This unit has very good contrast on the screen and no sunburst.
Fully tested and working.
Disassembled for the sale for deep clean (see pictures).

The original soft coating is partially removed because of intensive use, mostly in the bottom part where you rest your wrists. So cosmetically it's not great, but I guarantee a perfectly usable and trustable instrument.

Internal battery is new on battery holder. Pads are perfectly responsive and all functions tested.

Great Drum machine series by Roland defining the 90's, and possibility to extend with external cards.
With the R-5, they have different ergonomy and personality than the TR series.

Really punchy, pretty straight forward (including also advanced sequencing functions), large pads with velocity and roll/flam effects which can be also nice to trig a sampler.

Coming with its specific power supply (included) 220v.
Power supply is recapped, and I noticed a little discontinuity internally in the cable sometimes when moving the cable — so I preferred to add a serflex and it never fails.
