ESP Horizon Custom 1991 Candy Apple Red

Up for sale, a 1990s ESP Horizon Custom in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This iteration of the Horizon Custom features neck-through construction, a contoured top, 24-fret ebony fingerboard, Floyd Rose-licensed Kahler tremolo, HH pickup pair, and gloss Candy Apple Red finish accented by gold hardware.

With maple neck-through construction, alder body wings, and an ebony fretboard, this Horizon Custom offers plenty of natural sustain and glassy treble cut. The SH-100 Powerrail single coil-sized humbucker in the neck position features ceramic magnet construction and blade pole pieces, delivering tons of power with cutting trebles and punchy mids. The humbucker in the bridge position is articulate and punchy, with great treble cut and harmonic content, taking gain well while maintaining note distinction. This Horizon Custom weighs 7lbs 9oz, professionally setup at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings (where I bought it), slinky action, and accurate intonation.
