EI Yugoslavia ECC83 / 12AX7 NOS Long Smooth Silver Plate
For sale a pair of NOS vintage EI 12ax7 preamp tubes.
Vintage EI ECC83 preamp tube, made in the former Yugoslavia. "Long smooth plate" construction, imitating the legendary Telefunken (built with the same machinery). Physically very similar to these, although it sounds somewhat different. It keeps the bright and defined character of the Telefunken, but it is certainly much more "alive" sounding, and it works much better in guitar amps (as they are not as neutral).
From a sealed batch, were just open to test in my guitar amplifier.
