Up for sale is a beautiful vintage (1968) Gibson B-25N (Natural finish). This specific instrument punches well above its weight class, sounding like a smaller-bodied J-45 with that classic woody, mid-range Gibson thump. It is a fantastic player's piece with undeniable vintage mojo, made even better by a recent comprehensive tech setup. This is a regretful sale, I am only selling to fund an upcoming recording. Specs:Finish: Original Natural (B-25N), showing gorgeous, honest lacquer crazing throughout. Bridge: Period-correct factory "Belly-Down" rosewood bridge.Nut Width: Narrow, comfortable late-60s profile (approx. 1 5/8" / 41.2mm), perfect for fingerpicking or chords. Condition & Recent Professional Tech Service:This guitar has just undergone a comprehensive, top-to-bottom service by a professional guitar technician and requires zero immediate maintenance. The work completed includes:Fresh Strings: Restrung with premium D'Addario Phosphor Bronze Light (12-53) strings.Deep Clean & Detailing: Fretboard oiled and conditioned; frets cleaned and polished . Body, headstock, and neck fully cleaned and polished.Hardware Maintenance: Cleaned and lubricated tuners. Precision Setup: Full comprehensive setup covering nut and bridge string height, radius alignment, neck relief (truss rod adjustment), and intonation. Playability & Status: Tested completely OK. The action is smooth, and fast, and it plays effortlessly across the entire fretboard. Cosmetic Notes:Wear: Features beautiful, tight natural lacquer checking across the spruce top and mahogany body. There are a few small finish chips around the headstock edges and the back of the neck from normal use over the last 55+ years. There is a very light, stable center-seam finish separation between the rear of the bridge and the lower bout.
