Olivia's Vintage would like to present this 1955 Gibson Les Paul Junior in its original Sunburst finish. Parts that have been changed include: an aged Music City Bridge "Stud Finder" compensated wraparound tailpiece with locking tailpiece studs, an additional nut along with the original, an additional Grey Tiger capacitor along with the original which has one broken lead, additional tailpiece stud anchors and aged reissue strap buttons. A later 1970's Gibson hardshell case is included. There were a couple of other sets of tuning keys installed at some point in time, leaving additional screw holes which are now concealed by the original set of tuners back on the guitar. The holes for the tuning pegs were bored wider for the previously installed after-market tuning keys and the ferrules are fitted inside other ferrules with a larger diameter to fit in the wider holes. The tuning buttons have been changed on the original no-line Kluson Deluxe keys. There are a lot of nicks + dings, finish checking and other cosmetic wear. A small thin piece of wood on the upper treble side corner of the headstock was chipped off and glued back on. The guitar itself remains structurally sound. All electronics work and sound great with its original P-90 pickup.
