Sontec 432D9 Mastering Equalizer 2020 - Top condition!
One of the rarest and most sought-after mastering equalizers ever made.
This original Sontec 432D9 was built in 2020 and is in excellent condition. It has been exceptionally well cared for and has never had a single fault or required any repair or service.
Although the EQ has never had any faults or required service, it was recently thoroughly checked by one of Vienna’s most experienced audio technicians, who confirmed its more than excellent technical condition. This is not something that can always be said about Sontec units.
I am the second owner. The unit has always been used in a professional top-level mastering studio and has been treated accordingly.
The 432D9 is an exceptional piece of mastering history, known for its extremely musical EQ curves, precision and unique character. Original units in this condition are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
