I sell two vintage microphones, C451E & CK1 combinations, in matt black finish (a bit faded with age). Price is per mic.
These are classic 70s true condenser microphones, of the CMS type (Condenser Modular Series) where the capsule can be unscrewed, and are E bodies and not EB (with extra LPF), with XLR output connector. They are phantom 48V powered, with discrete transistor and transformer electronics. Both mics sound very close so can be used as a stereo pair.
They have been known for their extended frequency response and a high acoustic headroom up to 120dB SPL. They can be used in many contexts, notably drums & percussion, electric guitar, piano or acoustic guitar, but can also be used for vocals or brass instruments, but with a proper pop screen.
(These models should not be confused with a much more recent model, the C451B, with modern electronics and transformerless design.)
I also sell two metal vintage S18/1B microphone clips on a separate ad, adapted for the 451 but also this mic or for C452 & C391
