Selling my Great River / Harrison 32EQ, 500 series equalizer module in mint condition. Minimal use, smoke-free studio environment, no marks on panel or controls.

Co-developed by Great River Electronics and Harrison Consoles, this is the 500-series version of the four-band parametric EQ from the Harrison 32-series consoles.

Specs

  • 4 EQ bands (Low, Low-Mid, Hi-Mid, High), independent gain and frequency controls
  • "Peaking" switches on Low and High bands (shelving/bell)
  • 2nd-order sweepable Hi-pass and Lo-pass filters, independent in/out switch
  • Global EQ in/out switch
  • Internal jumper: vintage feedback design or non-feedback mode
  • Unity-gain design, low noise, high headroom
  • Made in USA

Regarded as one of the more musical EQs in the 500-series category — smooth, adds color without being intrusive. Commonly described as a "safe" but not boring EQ, effective on vocals, bass, drums, and guitars. Proportional-Q design keeps bandwidth response consistent across boost/cut levels. Hi-pass/Lo-pass filters are frequently cited as best-in-class for the format.
