A pair of Ibanez PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups — both passive, with exposed pole pieces for stronger signal and enhanced high-frequency response — run through an active 3-band EQ with a 3-way Power Tap switch. That switch is the key: Tap Mode gives you a punchy, articulate single-coil voice, Series Mode delivers the full warmth of a humbucker, and Power Tap Mode combines single-coil clarity on top with humbucker low end underneath. It's a genuinely useful system that gives you three distinct tonal personalities without any guesswork. The Accu-cast B500 bridge offers adjustable saddle spacing at ±1.5mm from the 19mm default, so you can dial in exactly how tight or open you want the string spacing for your playing style. Gold hardware sets off the Cosmic Blue Frozen Matte finish — a cool, icy blue with that frosted matte texture that photographs as well as it plays.
