Exceptional Effects With over 150 top-quality effects from the extensive BOSS library, the GX-100 enables you to realise nearly any tone you can imagine. Choose from a wide range of overdrives, distortions and BOSS classics like Slow Gear and Octave, as well as an array of modulation effects, delays and reverbs. Many effects are specially tuned for bass, and the send/return jacks allow seamless integration of your favourite pedals or amplifier effects loop into the GX-100 setup. Craft Your Personal Voice The GX-100 comes equipped with 100 ready-to-play preset memories, all of which can be easily edited to suit your needs or replaced with completely original sounds. Use 15 dedicated block types â including two amp blocks â and arrange effects in series or parallel to create highly personalised patches. With 200 user memories, the GX-100 provides enough onboard capacity to cover nearly any style, set or performance. Touch and Go Sound design and on-the-fly editing are quick and intuitive thanks to the vivid colour touch display. Effortlessly navigate patches, adjust parameters, shape signal chains and more. The display works seamlessly with the panelâs four knobs and page buttons, offering a smooth, frustration-free user experience that keeps your focus on the music. Custom Command The GX-100 features deep real-time control with eight assignable footswitches and an expression pedal with toe switch. These come pre-configured for patch and bank selection, along with per-patch control assignments, but can be fully customised. Switching to Manual mode enables direct stompbox-style operation. Further control is available via additional footswitches, expression pedals or MIDI. A dedicated control jack is also included for remote amp channel switching via memory or footswitch assignment. Your Partner in Tone In addition to live performance, the GX-100 functions as a USB audio interface for recording and performing with a computer. Record directly into your music software, re-amp tracks and monitor through the GX-100âs outputs. The headphones jack allows silent practice, and the built-in looper is ideal for rehearsing, crafting sounds or expanding your creativity on stage. Go Deeper with BOSS Tone Studio With BOSS Tone Studio for macOS and Windows, you can edit every GX-100 parameter, manage your presets and organise Live Sets for different gigs. Using the optional Bluetooth® Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor, you can wirelessly control settings on stage through the BOSS Tone Studio app and stream backing tracks directly from your mobile device.
