The Gibson Memphis ES-335 Figured Heritage Cherry Sunburst 2018 - COA, OHSC, 3.26 kg is one of the final and most desirable versions of Gibson’s legendary semi-hollow electric guitar, built at the renowned Gibson Memphis facility before its closure in 2019. Combining the warmth and resonance of a hollowbody with the sustain and versatility of a solidbody, the ES-335 has remained an iconic instrument since its introduction in 1958.
Its laminated maple body with a solid maple center block delivers the perfect balance of natural resonance, excellent sustain and effective feedback control. The mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard provide exceptional playing comfort, while the 22 medium jumbo frets ensure smooth playability and precise intonation across the entire neck.
Equipped with a pair of Gibson MHS (Memphis Historic Spec) humbuckers, this ES-335 produces a rich, open and highly dynamic tone with outstanding clarity and harmonic complexity. From warm jazz and expressive blues to classic rock, pop and fusion, it responds beautifully to every playing style, offering excellent sensitivity to touch and volume control.
