Berg Larsen mouthpiece, hand-made in London, England, likely dating to the 1960s based on the “REG. DESIGN 85142-/8” stamp style used by Berg Larsen during that period. This is the rare Offset table variant, which is considered one of the rarer and more sought-after versions Berg Larsen produced.
