Murat Diril may not be known to many, but before he started his own brand, he helped create Meinl’s MB20 and Byzance series as well as Paiste’s Twenty series. So he knows what he’s doing. ;)
The Brilliant finish gives a clear and bright sound with plenty of attack that really cuts through the mix – perfect for accents in both rock, pop and modern setups. The series is known for its good balance between projection and musicality, so you get a cymbal that is both firm and still controlled in tone.
The 12” size gives a little more fullness than the very small splashes, but still with fast response and short sustain – ideal for quick hits and stacks.
Very well maintained and works exactly as it should.
