The Princeton Reverb is one of the most versatile Blackface-era amps. It has just enough power for various purposes, great reverb, and gorgeous sound quality. Among other blackface models, the Fender Princeton Reverb set the bar high in 1964, and only a few others have exceeded it.

The kit contains all the needed parts and instructions for a ready amplifier unit. The basic version does not include a speaker or cabinet. If you have any problems during the build process, we also offer unlimited help by email until you get your amp working.
The Princeton Reverb is the smallest Blackface amplifier with tremolo and reverb. Two 6V6 tubes deliver 14W of blackface sound we have heard from thousands of records since the '60s. The amplifier is easy to build, and its sound-price-easiness ratio is spot on.

Is this kit easy to build?
Yes, this is a good candidate for the first DIY tube project. It takes about 6-12 hours to build this from scratch. You do not have to know anything about electronic theory. The kit is supplied with the layout picture and bom. The instructions for the build is found online:

What tools do I need to build this amp?
You need good soldering tools, pliers, multimeters, and screwdrivers. Just basic tools!
Does the kit contain all the parts?
Yes, everything you need to build the amp (excluding the speaker and wooden cabinet.)
