1900s ENGLISH FRETLESS 5-STRING BANJO
An English open-back banjo from the turn of the century, ready to play and at an affordable price—ideal for trying out fretless playing, experimenting with sounds, or finding your own old-time sound!

The flat Metal-Glad rim has 40 tension hooks that keep a beautiful, thin natural skin taut. The walnut neck features a V-profile and a frailing scoop. In addition to subtle neck inlays, there are flush fret markers (scale length 68 cm). The tuning pegs are simple plastic friction pegs. Set up with new Aquila Nylgut strings and a new Minstrel bridge.
The instrument is in good condition, with some minor signs of age and wear. The banjo comes ready to play in its original leather case (unfortunately, the case is heavily worn and damaged).
