I have owned this guitar and taken good care of it for about 7 years. I have not noticed any significant changes in its condition during my ownership. Considering its age, I would describe its overall condition as very good.

The guitar is sold as described and as-is, in its current condition. All known issues have been disclosed to the best of my knowledge.

The following description is reproduced from the previous owner and is provided for reference only; I cannot independently verify all statements regarding originality, repairs or age.

"And finally, the 3rd L-model for your consideration, the Gibson archtop model L-3 from 1918.  Tonally, this example has a bit more low end versus the other models that I'm offering.  The midrange and sustain on the upper notes are beautiful and full when finger picked.  Flat picking works well with this guitar, very rythmic.

This guitar appears to be 100% original.  There are a couple small side cracks that have been repaired and are tight.  Please see photos.  Tortoise pickguard and tail piece are in perfect shape, no decay.  The finish is original, no sign of overspray, etc.  Includes a new bridge replica from that era (yet original and functional original bridge is included).  

Includes original L-3 red plush lined case (OSHC) in excellent condition. "
