About this listing
This is a 1970s FG-140.The tuning pegs have been replaced with Kluson-style ones. While there are numerous minor scratches and dents throughout, there are no visible cracks in the wood or signs of previous repairs. There are also no marks where strap pins or pickups were once mounted. The neck is in good condition, and the string action is slightly high at 3mm for the 6th string and 2.5mm for the 1st string at the 12th fret. There is still a little over 2mm of height left on the saddle, so it is possible to lower the string action a bit further. It has plenty of volume and a bright, light sound with stable intonation, making it a guitar that clearly demonstrates the high quality of craftsmanship from that era.It comes with the original hard case from that era.Top:Spruce plywoodSide/Back:Teak plywoodNeck:NatoFinger Board:RosewoodPick up:NoneNut width:42.9mmScale:635mm
