B&S Challenger 1 3137 trumpet in standard laquer plating. This trumpet was my main horn for years before I bought a Divitt, and it still plays wonderfully. The finish has worn off from quite a bit of the surface, giving it a weathered look that does not affect playability at all. The only reason for selling is because this wonderful horn doesn't get played as much as it should. This horn was always cleaned regularly and treated with respect. This is a great entry-level pro horn, and plays the way it should. I've used this horn in big bands, reggae, funk, and many other places. It has played on various records and is ready to serve its next owner.The horn has had one repair to a dent in the bell years ago, with no visible signs left.
