Oktava ML-53 Ribbon Microphone – For Repair / Parts
Oktava ML-53 passive ribbon microphone.
The microphone produces signal, but currently sounds unusually dark and hollow compared to what I would expect from a properly functioning ML-53. I suspect the ribbon may need to be inspected and possibly replaced, but I have not had the microphone serviced, so I cannot confirm the exact fault.
Sold as-is / for repair, with no guarantee regarding its current frequency response or performance.
A good project for someone familiar with ribbon microphone repair, or potentially for parts.
