Beyerdynamic M420 – Vintage Microphone with Kleintuchel Connector
Offered for sale is a Beyerdynamic M420 in the earlier version with a Kleintuchel connector.
The M420 is a dynamic microphone with a hypercardioid polar pattern and was originally used, among other applications, for professional sound reinforcement and public-address systems. Its directional pattern and fast response also make it suitable for toms, percussion, guitar amplifiers and other instruments.
This particular version still features the historic Kleintuchel connector and is therefore visually distinct from the later XLR versions.
