The Grace Design m501 is a single channel 500 Series mic preamp, a modular version of the company's m101 standalone mic pre. Designed for low distortion and transparency, the m501 features up to +75dB of total system gain, a switchable high-pass filter, and a "Ribbon" mode which bypasses coupling capacitors and phantom power while raising input impedance for use with passive ribbon microphones.
