Here we have the last bass you’ll ever need…a 6-string Bongo bass from the good folks at Music Man. This bass is exceptionally comfortable thanks to the lightweight body and the neck is very fast and smooth, I don’t know how they keep it so thin for how wide it is. The factory humbuckers are huge and articulate and the 4-band eq lets you dial in any tones you could possibly want from thumpy jazz to growling rock. Great bass for literally any genre you could need, the extra extension of the 6-string configuration is just icing on the cake. Weight is 10 pounds 6 ounces on my scale.This one is in fantastic condition and appears rarely played. It does have a bit of a puzzling blemish near the nut that thankfully looks worse than it is - the nut doesn’t appear to have been replaced, but there are a couple small indents and a small corner of the nut missing at the nut on the low side and some faint clear coat failure at the nut on the high side. The nut is still solid and you can’t feel the finish flaws…it’s one of those things you forget about after playing it a couple times, but worth noting. No other signs of wear to note on the bass.
