This is a Rev D board which would usually be found in the 1981 green printed enclosures inside a V1 and V2 box. The pots are dated 1978 which isn't uncommon for an EHX pedal of this era. It has the original and working SAD1024 chip and the mains power supply has been replaced with a Gigahearts 18-24V DC supply regulating internally to 15V. There is a partial box included as shown in the photos. Electrolytic caps in the signal path have been replaced so it's sounding great and ready to play.A few bits of pitting and minor rust spots as pictured but overall it's in very clean condition for its age.
