Standard mode delivers a cleaner, lower-noise take on the classic mid-focused Metal Zone growl, while Custom mode introduces a wider-ranging, more modern high-gain voice with its own EQ curve tuned specifically for that mode. A three-band EQ with sweepable mid frequency and switchable mid-Q gives serious tone-shaping control for extreme distortion tones — one of the most iconic and influential high-gain pedals ever made, now refined.
