Replica basata su una coppia di thumbwheels e perni originali Gibson degli anni '50. Sono stati realizzati da una piccola azienda italiana al confine con la Svizzera che opera dal 1936 nel campo della minuteria di precisione.

È stato utilizzato lo stesso "soft brass" degli anni '50. La doratura è di tipo "copperless" per essere fedele al 100% al progetto originale. Il suono è 100% vintage. Perfetto complemento per tutti gli strumenti dotati del ponte ABR-1 sia vintage che Historic (se hai un ponte Nashville guarda gli altri miei annunci). Controlla se il tuo strumento monta perni e thumbwheels in acciaio semplicemente utilizzando una calamita.
Molti produttori fanno repliche più o meno accurate, ma quello che fa la differenza sono le barre in soft brass NOS (new old stock) che sono leggermente magnetizzate. Trovate info sui kit Royal Mount sul My Les Paul forum, The Les Paul forum e su YouTube.

ROYAL MOUNT 50 THUMBWHEELS AND POSTS GOLD AGED

Replica based on a pair of original Gibson 1950s thumbwheels and posts. They were made in a small Italian company on the border with Switzerland that has been active since 1936 in the field of precision small parts. The same "soft brass" from the 1950s was used.
The gold plating is "copperless" type to be 100% faithful to the original project. The sound is 100% vintage. Perfect complement to all instruments equipped with the ABR-1 bridge (vintage and Historic reissue). Check if your instrument mounts steel posts and thumbwheels simply by using a magnet. Many manufacturers make more or less accurate replicas but what they don't use unlike mine are the brass NOS (new old stock) bars which are slightly magnetic.
