Well, it's the 3rd one ever presented or listed at Reverb, king of the effect pedal throne.
Eurotec pedals were made between 1976 - 1978 by the same manufacturers as Colorsound aka Sola Sound.
This pedal can be used separately powered by a 9 Volt block battery, but if not powered by the Energiser the LED will not lit while the effect is engaged.
At BEP we have all modules including the most sought after Energiser soon to be listed.
During the period of manufacturing of this pedal the British felt strongly attached to Europe, hence
the name Eurotec ( made in Engeland ). But of course Boris J. would think otherwise.
Thoroughly tested and in perfect working order.
