Similar to the Private Stock category, models can be individually assembled here, independently of the usual wood combination for a particular model.This Custom 24 comes with a body made of hand-selected mahogany, which, at 3.3 kg, is an absolute lightweight. Combined with a richly grained 10-top flame maple top, which is perfectly showcased by the effective Custom Blue Fade high-gloss finish, as well as a set-in maple neck with standing annual growth rings in “Artist Grade” quality, the guitar offers a welcome visual and tonal change from the standard mahogany. The guitar has an already acoustically great resonance and produces an extremely clear, sparkling tone.The two PRS 58/15 LT humbuckers are specially calibrated pickups in the low-turn version, which guarantee an extremely organic sound with a lower number of windings on both coils. The extended dynamic range of the two double coils invites expressive sounds and puts control over response and volume completely in the hands of the player.
