A fully configured Apogee Symphony I/O MK1 in excellent condition, equipped with two modules: the 16×16 Analog I/O card (16 in / 16 out via DB25/D-Sub) and the rare extremely good sounding 8-Channel Mic Pre module in slot 2.
The Mic Pre module upgrades inputs 1–8 with high-quality Apogee mic preamps, selectable per channel in Maestro 2 between line, mic, or instrument. It also adds 4 Hi-Z instrument inputs (¼") and hardware insert send/return points — allowing you to patch outboard compressors or EQs directly into the preamp signal path, after the preamp and high-pass filter but before A/D conversion. Channels 9–16 remain line level.
OLED display is crisp and bright with no burn-in. Front panel clean, chassis shows only minimal rack wear. Fully tested, factory reset, ready to use.
Connectivity: USB (standalone) or Pro Tools HD via PC-32/DigiLink.
In short: 16 channels of Apogee conversion, 8 mic preamps, 4 instrument inputs, hardware insert capability — a complete recording front end in one 2U box.
