ria Pro II TA-40 from 1988, produced in Korea, from the post-Matsumoku era.

This is a true full hollow archtop electric guitar, not a semi-hollow. F-hole body, classic archtop construction focused on clarity, articulation, and controlled resonance. Sonically much closer to traditional jazz and clean styles than to modern semi-hollow rock guitars.

The body is made of laminated maple.
Maple bolt-on neck with a rosewood fingerboard — a typical and practical solution used in late-1980s Asian archtops, offering stability and predictable setup behavior.

Equipped with two original Aria Pro II humbuckers. Warm, clear tone with good string separation. Clean tones are open and dynamic; with light overdrive the guitar remains controlled and does not get muddy.

Fixed bridge with trapeze tailpiece, full chrome hardware, consistent with factory specification.

Condition is very good for its age. Normal signs of use only. No cracks, no structural repairs. Electronics fully functional.
