Evoking the original models played by some of the greatest guitarists of all time, the Les Paul Standard '60s features a non-weight-relieved mahogany body and a SlimTaper neck. The BurstBucker 61R and 61T pickups—located at the neck and bridge, respectively—utilize Alnico 5 magnets and are hand-wired with audio-taper potentiometers and Orange Drop® capacitors to deliver a rich, powerful '60s vintage tone. The instrument's vintage spirit is reflected in authentic details such as a Tune-O-Matic™ bridge, an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover® Rotomatic® "Kidney" tuners, and gold Top Hat knobs with silver Reflector inserts.
