The EQ section can be bypassed while the signal still passes through the tube and transformer stage – perfect for adding analog warmth, depth, and that classic smooth, creamy Pultec character.Technically, the EQP-WA offers XLR/TRS transformer-balanced inputs and outputs, a frequency response of 20 Hz – 50 kHz, simultaneous low-end boost and cut for the classic Pultec phase effect, as well as flexible frequency points for low boost/cut, high boost, and high cut.A special feature: both units include the practical mastering / stereo matching option via the rear-panel Tube Gain Adjust. This allows the tube makeup gain to be fine-tuned by approximately ±3 dB, making it possible to match both units precisely or set them to unity gain in your setup – very useful for stereo applications and mastering chains.The stock tubes have also been upgraded:Each unit is fitted with 2x Highgrade Premium Selected tubes from Tube Amp Doctor, suitable for high-quality audio equipment.
