A large-headstock "Upgrade" model from the Highway 1 Series Stratocaster, featuring an ultra-thin lacquer finish. The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is maple with 22 frets. The controls include a master volume knob, a front tone knob, and a rear tone knob (the center pickup has no tone control). There is some twisting in the neck, and the white washers near the tuning pegs on the 6th and 4th strings are missing. The guitar will be sold as-is. The frets have been leveled. The tremolo arm is missing. There are scratches and dents on the headstock and the back of the neck; the finish on the fingerboard inlays has a cloudy appearance; and there are stickers affixed to the neck joint plate and the control panel on the back of the body. The body has numerous scratches and dents; paint peeling is visible on the back of the body; playing scratches are prominent on the pickguard and the surrounding body; and the metal parts show tarnish and pitting. There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
