This guitar is in good condition with some cosmetic wear and repaired binding. The binding had separated from the body in a few spots and we were able to fix it and put the original binding back in place, the repair is holding well. There are no cracks on this instrument as well as no structural issues. The biggest issue with this instrument is that it was left in a heavy smoking environment and while we have been able to remove a good amount of the smell, it still has a noticeable smokey odor that may bother certain players. The smoke has also caused a noticeable change in finish & binding color. The original case is included and in good condition but has the same lingering smoke smell.
