The 125 existed in many different versions: T for thinline (quarter-depth body), C for cutaway, D for double (with two P-90s), and sometimes TD, TC, TDC, DC, and more… It was Gibson’s entry-level archtop, and its body—narrower than that of a 175, for example—makes it suitable for styles such as rock, blues, etc. This one is the classic semi-hollow version with a single P-90.
