The Epiphone Mastertone Classic Banjo from the Inspired by Gibson collection is a faithful replica of the legendary Gibson RB-3 Mastertone 5-string banjo, famously used in countless bluegrass bands since the 1930s. It features an 11" three-ply mahogany resonator for a bold, projecting tone, along with a mahogany neck shaped in a slim C-profile and a 26.4" scale length. True to its historic inspiration, the Epiphone Mastertone Classic also includes binding on the resonator and fretboard, along with iconic Style 3 mother-of-pearl inlays for an authentic vintage look.
