The Ibanez AEGB24FE-MHS Mahogany Sunburst High Gloss is a stage-ready fretless acoustic bass with an amazing price-performance ratio and innovative details. With its medium-scale scale and AEGB body made of laminated Sapele, the acoustic bass guitar delivers a sonorous sound that is ideal for accompanying acoustic Jam sessions or gigs. At the same time, the slim, three-piece neck promises agile and comfortable playing characteristics right up to the highest registers, while the thumb rest provides comfortable support for the fingers. In order to be able to use the acoustic Bass with an amplifier, Ibanez has equipped the AEGB24FE-MHS Mahogany Sunburst High Gloss with a pickup system that captures and reproduces the sound without distortion.

The design of the acoustic AEGB24FE bass guitar follows Ibanez's popular AEG guitars, so first-class playing and sound characteristics are a matter of course. In combination with the 815 mm medium scale length, the body with top, back and sides made of laminated Sapele wood promises a warm sound with sonorous basses and a powerful mid-range spectrum. The three-piece Nyatoh maple neck with its slim "AEGB" neck profile also provides perfect playing characteristics for agile grooving, whereby the high positions of the walnut fingerboard can also be easily reached thanks to the generous cutaway. Another particularly practical detail is the thumb rest made of Merbau above the sound hole, which provides the fingers with a comfortable and secure rest for even and precise strumming.

Ibanez also provides the AEGB24FE-MHS Mahogany Sunburst with a pickup system consisting of an undersaddle transducer and AEQ-2T preamp, so that the acoustic Bass can also be used for large shows with an appropriate amplifier. The system impresses with a particularly natural output of the sound character, which can be precisely adjusted using the 3-band tone control. The integrated tuner and the die-cast tuners on the headstock also guarantee that the AEGB24FE acoustic bass from Ibanez is always tuned accurately and robustly.
