Hello there people from the internets! Up for sale is a 2008 Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 Reissue in Ebony finish. A modern take on the renowned Les Paul Standard, the Gibson Les Paul Classic electric guitar updates the model we all know and love with some new accoutrements and exposed humbuckers. Built to refer to the 1960 version of the Les Paul Standard, the Les Paul Classic features a slim taper neck and nine-hole weight relief, bringing the guitar to a surprisingly comfortable weight. Aside from the weight relief, the Les Paul Classic follows the usual pattern of a Maple cap on a Mahogany back, set Mahogany neck and bound Indian Rosewood fingerboard. The pickups on the Les Paul classic are high output Gibson Ceramic-magnet 500T and Alnico 498R. The wiring is basic Gibson, individual volume and tone controls and selector switch (there are no push-pull pots). The guitar is very light (for a Les Paul) weighing around 3,5 Kg.

As you can see in the photos and video, the guitar is almost mint condition with no dings across the body or heavy scratches (there is only one on the back of the body and some minor picking scratches here and there). The neck is dead straight and the truss rod works as it should (turn both ways without any hassle and shows signs of never having been adjusted). The electronics are original and everything works properly (no issue whatsoever with the electronics). The frets show absolutely no wear. The guitar was barely played in its 15 years having been part of a collection. It has just been setup to my liking with ELIXIR CUSTOM LIGHT 9/46 NANOWEB.

It will be professionally packed and shipped by carrier (UPS or DPD) in the original Gibson black hardshell case pictured in the photos with all the case candy and paperwork.
