The Evans G2 Coated 16" Tom Batter Head is a coated tom batter head, with a diameter of 16", made from 7-mil film. A perfect blend of depth, sustain, and attack - the G2 is a two-ply head (7-mil each) featuring extraordinary consistency and durability. Its versatility makes it a perfect choice for the working drummer who switches between styles. It makes rack toms sing and floor toms growl. The coated version delivers additional warmth, focus, and depth. This batter head produces a slightly focused sound, but lively and with a clear attack. This head is versatile enough to cover any style of play.
The main features of the Evans G2 Coated 16" Tom Batter Head include:
- Material: 7-Mil Film
- Finish: Coated
- Gauge: Double-Ply
