The Ibanez SRH500F Fretless Semi Hollow Bass Guitar Natural Brown is a 4-string model featuring a semi-hollow body, a spruce top, a mahogany body, a jatoba/bubinga neck, a fretless rosewood fingerboard, an AeroSilk Piezo pickup, and a natural brown finish. The SR Series offers a range of modern bass options, suitable for a variety of players and genres thanks to their smooth, fast necks, lightweight bodies and perfectly matched electronics.
A semi-hollow construction with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides, the 55mm-thick body delivers a rich acoustic tone. Equipped with an AeroSilk Piezo pickup and custom bridge, this guitar works with D'Addario ECB81 flat wound strings to provide the character of an upright sound. A specially designed forearm contour on the top offers playing comfort and an elegant accent to its appearance. A contoured neck heel creates a deep neck joint with unfettered access to the upper frets.
