Beautiful original vintage Avedis Zildjian 20" cymbal from the 1970s, weighing 2200 grams.
The trademark is the desirable 1970s "Thin Stamp", identifiable by the lightly impressed trademark, non-bold ZILDJIAN Co lettering and characteristics of the Ottoman script.
At 2200 grams this is a particularly versatile weight for a vintage 20" Avedis: substantial enough for ride work, but light enough to open up beautifully when crashed. A great candidate for jazz, blues, classic rock, soul or studio use.
The cymbal shows beautiful traditional lathing and vintage patina. The trademark itself is still exceptionally clear.
No original model ink remains, so I am deliberately not claiming a specific factory model. "Crashable Ride" describes its size and weight rather than an original Zildjian model designation.
