The Fallout Cloud Fuzz is a high-end boutique fuzz pedal, designed and handcrafted in the UK by Adrian Thorpe, a former British Army engineer. Inspired by the very first Electro-Harmonix Big Muff "Triangle" from 1971, it was developed with an ambitious goal: to recapture the character of the finest vintage models while surpassing them in versatility, reliability, and definition. Unlike a traditional Big Muff, it replaces the simple tone control with active Bass and Treble EQ, allowing the fuzz to be precisely tailored to any guitar (single-coil, P-90, or humbucker) and any amplifier. The Sustain, Bass, Treble, and Volume controls cover a wide range of tones, from creamy, singing fuzz to thick, massive textures, all while maintaining excellent note clarity. Built with high-end components (WIMA and Panasonic capacitors, 1 % metal film resistors, Neutrik connectors, sealed potentiometers, and a gold-plated circuit board), it is renowned for its quiet operation, dynamic range, and exceptional robustness. Highly regarded by fans of David Gilmour, psychedelic rock, classic rock, and stoner rock, it is often considered one of the best modern reinterpretations of the Triangle Big Muff.
