This unit was bought for a short-lived band project and has been used in a smoke-free home studio for less than 50 hours total. All faders are smooth, knobs are tight, and pads are 100% responsive with zero signs of wear, sticky surface, or scratches. It looks and performs like it just came out of the factory.
