Good condition:

• Smooth movement of the valves (the third valve produces a bit of noise sometimes, typical from horns of this age, doesn't compromise functioning)
• Good compression (no leaks or looseness)
• Proper piston alignment (luthier revised)
• Accurate intonation in most registers (the high and very low registers are a bit off, typical of instruments of this era)
• Cosmetic wear very reasonable for its age.
