Year 1984. All original with Drake choke (T100 1471-263/4), Dagnall transformers (C2668D and T4145).

During the last few years, this amp has only been rent from time to time for professional gigs, and was thus regularly serviced by techs. Otherwise, it remained unplayed. As you can see, the tolex is cracked at an angle and a corner is missing: the amp must have been bumped, and so a flight case was built for safety. Nevertheless, you can see that the wooden shell is intact, the chassis is intact, no further damage occurred.

No mod were done to this amp, except repair: the V1 preamp valve socket was replaced, a few points resoldered here and there. The amp is in good working condition and sounds great. The D.I. outpout is original as it was introduced by Marshall the same year.

This 1959 model is not common and sounds just as the JMP does, since only the shell design changed, keeping the plexi circuit the same. I have included as many pictures as I could so that you know what you are buying. Asking a fair price, for a good old unmodded original vintage Marshall amp.
