Up for sale is a beautiful, vintage Hero childrens diatonic button accordion, manufactured in Shanghai, China, circa the 1950s–1960s.This piece features a striking green marbleized/pearloid celluloid casing, vibrant red and blue accented fabric bellows, and classic gold-tone spoon treble keys.Condition & Functionality:
- Fully Functional: The instrument has been tested and plays great. The bellows hold good air pressure, and all 7 spoon-style treble keys and 3 bass buttons compress and pop back up smoothly without sticking.
- Cosmetics: In excellent vintage condition with minimal wear. The gold lettering ("Hero Accordion - Made in Shanghai, China") is completely intact and legible. The hand strap is intact and tight.
A perfect addition for folk music enthusiasts, novelty instrument collectors, or as a vibrant, mid-century retro prop for recording studios and home decor. No original box included. Will be packed with extreme care for safe transit.
